How are you involved in your church?: Team player in the Christian Education Ministry, teach a weekly bible study (Life Group), percussionist, (I play the drums, timbales, congas, bongo, anything I can slap, hit and pound on) I also assist in the development, training and teaching of online courses for V.E.T.I.

Exercises you can live with.

Physical exercise is good for you, but it's hard work. As an alternative, here are some strenuous activities that do not require physical exercise. You may become quite good at them:
